How To Access/Set-up Your E-Mail Using:

  8  Outlook 2002
   
  1. Open up Outlook
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Email Accounts
  4. Select View or Change email accounts option
  5. Click Next
  6. On the next screen, Select your account (ex. mail.YourDomain.com)
  7. Click Change
  8. On the next screen, fill out this information:
         • Your name = Your full name
         • POP3 server = mail.YourDomain.com
         • Email Address = User@YourDomain.com
         • User name = your email address
  9. Click on More Settings
         • Click on Outgoing Server tab
         • Check - My outgoing server requires authorization
         • Check - Use same settings as my incoming mail server

  8  Outlook 2000
   
  1. Open up Outlook
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Services
  4. Click on Internet Email
  5. Make sure Internet Email is at top of both delivery and services list
  6. Select the account
  7. Click Change
  8. On the next screen, fill out this information:
         • Your name = full first and last name
         • POP3 server = mail.YourDomain.com
         • Email Address = User@YourDomain.com
         • User name = your email address
  9. Click on More Settings
         • Click on Outgoing Server tab
         • Check - My outgoing server requires authorization
         • Check - Use same settings as my incoming mail server
  10. Click on Properties then Advanced.
         • Bottom of the page, check- leave on server (5 days)

  8  Eudora (version 5.2)
   
  1. Open up Eudora
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Options
  4. On Category select Getting Started
  5. Enter your information on the right column:
         • POP account: ???
         • Real Name:  Your first name
         • Return Address = User@YourDomain.com
         • Incoming Mail Server = mail.YourDomain.com
         • SMTP Outgoing Server = mail.YourDomain.com 
         • Login  = your email address
         • Password = ???
  6. Check the box - Log on requires secure password authentication

  8  Outlook Express
   
  1. Open up Outlook Express
  2. Click on Tools
  3. Click on Accounts
  4. Click on Add button
  5. Select Mail
  6. Enter your information on next screens:
         • Display name = First name
         • Email Address = User@YourDomain.com
         • My incoming mail server is a: = POP3 server
         • Incoming Mail Server = mail.YourDomain.com 
         • Outgoing Mail Server = mail.YourDomain.com
         • Account Name  = your email address
         • Password = ???
  7. Check the box - Log on requires secure password authentication

  8  Internet (webmail)
   
  1. Open up Internet Browser
  2. In the Address Bar Type in http://mail.YourDomain.com:8383
  3. On the homepage type in following information:
         • User ID: your userID
         • Password:  your password
  4. Click on Main
  5. Click on subject to see specific mail
