Communities

involved in the communities where our clients and colleagues live and
work.

recognize regional differences between communities and we create
products, promotions and programs that incorporate these differences.

encourage and assist our colleagues to support their communities
through their time and effort.
Vendors
and Partners
- We do
not over-extend our commitments to our vendors.
- We are
demanding in terms and performance of our vendors and in return, we
expect to pay a fair price in a timely manner.
- We work
with our vendors and partners to design new applications to meet the
needs of our clients. We expect our vendors to support our efforts to
do this.
Internal
- We have
continuous open and honest communications between all colleagues
regardless of title, level or responsibility.
- As we
are all owners, we each look for opportunities to improve the value of
the Company by increasing revenue or reducing, avoiding or eliminating
cost.

individual contributions are measured by results produced not by hours
worked.
